Event Management

With a successful and expanding global operation, we are looking for candidates that are highly organized, able to multi tasks and meet deadlines. You need to be a team player in a fast paced and dynamic environment.  As a key member of the event management team overall your responsibility will include negotiation and coordinating the logistics of a portfolio of up to 10 events per year by liaising with suppliers and hotels.

Functions overview

You will also be the central point of contact for all internal stakeholders on an event, providing reports and insight on an events overall profitability and successful delivery. In order to execute the responsibilities, you need to have software skills on excel and word, travel bookings and budget management. We are also seeking candidates that are creative, show initiatives and attention to details.  Experience in event management is essential and distinct advantage but not essential, a keen eye for detail, exemplary time management, effective communication and great client facing skills are essential however. Being able to think on your feet when on site and be the “face” and “voice” of Keynote requires a cool temperament and excellent interpersonal skills when delivering industry leading events to senior level decision makers from the world’s leading companies.
The position will involve travel across regional territories and internationally when required to manage events, which should carefully considered when applying for this position. Park ideas of glamour and glitz and focus on the hard work required to deliver the best events in the market!
